About Me

Background
Dr. Mohd Radzi Abu Mansor, Head of the Centre for Automotive Research (CAR), Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He graduated from Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Energy Science in 2013 and majored in internal combustion engines, specialising in hydrogen and diesel research. His interests include alternative fuels, renewable energy, energy policy, CFD, and vehicle safety. He is also a senior lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dr. Radzi is currently the Chairman of the Society of Automotive Engineers Malaysia. He was appointed as one of the Technical Committee members for the New Car Assessment Programme for Southeast Asia (ASEAN NCAP) in 2016, and he is also on the Judge Committee for the F1 in Schools World competition, which promotes Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics activities.
